1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is successfully placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff, on holidays, or during major sales events may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email or SMS, where available.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a specific order value. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location, the option will be displayed during checkout.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are accurate before placing your order.

For COD orders, customers may be contacted to confirm their order before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information whenever tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number provided by us to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

7. Delayed Deliveries

We do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery period. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier delays

• Incorrect address or contact information

• High order volumes

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Events outside our control

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the products received.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

If international shipping is available for your location, delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Makeup Forever and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International shipments may also require additional documentation or product information. Shopify notes that international shipments generally require accurate product descriptions and HS codes for customs processing.

10. Address Changes and Order Cancellation

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

11. Delivery Confirmation

An order may be considered delivered when the courier's tracking system confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in contacting the courier.
